Allah Walay Trust Scholarship Program gives need base financial aid to deserving students of professional programs like Engineering, MBBS and BDS in public institutions to cover their academic expenses. The purpose of this initiative is to help and enable such students to complete their degrees and become useful and productive citizens.
About Scholarship program
Allah Walay Trust has reserved an amount of 30 million rupees for the year 2023 in Scholarship program.
The scholarship program is currently working in the following institutions:
1. University of Punjab, Lahore
2. University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore
3. Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore
4. King Edward Medical University, Lahore
5. Fatima Jinnah Medical University, Lahore
6. DeMont Morency College of Dentistry, Lahore
7. University of Engineering & Technology Rasul Dist. Mandi Bahauddin
8. University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore
9. University of Agriculture, Faisalabad
This program covers the university fee, hostel, mess expenses and transport charges. It depends on the selection committee to approve the any expenses along with fee.
Application Process
The deserving and eligible students of the selected institutions are supposed to apply along with supporting documents through their relevant office to the respective vice chancellor/principal/registrar/student service office. The will relevant office will pre-select the applications based on the criteria then pre-qualified applications list will be shared to AWT selection committee for final selection and interviews.
Selection Committee Members
The AWT Scholarship Program Committee comprises three members, headed by Prof. Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt Director, Scholarships Program. Other members from Punjab Higher Education Commission and Selected university.
