AWT Alliance
Special Care of Senior Citizens
Allah Walay Trust (AWT), in collaboration with Milestone Special Persons, has launched a doorstep attendant service for senior citizens with functional disabilities in Lahore, offering essential care (including bathing, cleaning, and other essential support) twice a month. The initiative also promotes disability inclusion through assessments and community awareness sessions. Together, they aim to uplift vulnerable individuals and foster a more compassionate, inclusive society.
Special Care (Orphanage)
Allah Walay Trust, in collaboration with Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal plays a vital role in the lives of orphaned boys. This institution is dedicated to providing comprehensive support that addresses the various needs of these vulnerable youths. Allah Walay Trust (AWT) offer a range of essential services and support, including nutritious food, safe shelter, access to quality education, and vocational training. Recognizing that these boys face unique challenges, AWT is Focusing on holistic development, the program nurtures their physical, emotional, and educational needs. This initiative empowers orphans to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter, self-reliant future.
Social Initiatives of AWT
Qurbani Project
Since 2021, AWT proudly arranged the Qurabni Fi Sabilillah initiative, distributing meat to those in need and school students. By providing this essential nourishment, aims to uplift communities and foster a spirit of sharing and generosity during this important time of sacrifice.
Wheelchairs Distribution
This Initiative by AWT focuses on empowering individuals with mobility challenges by providing them with free wheelchairs. By offering this vital support, AWT is helping to promote inclusivity and dignity within the community.
Intrafaith Harmony
Allah Walay Trust actively promotes Intrafaith harmony through meaningful initiatives. During Muharram, the Trust organizes Sabeel’s, fostering unity and respect among communities. It also facilitates combined congregational prayers and Iftar at iconic locations such as Badshahi Masjid and Minhaj-ul-Islam, bringing together people from diverse sects to strengthen mutual understanding and peaceful coexistence. These efforts highlight the Trust’s commitment to fostering unity and brotherhood within the Muslim community.
Interfaith Harmony
Interfaith Harmony Initiative aims to foster unity and understanding among different religious communities. By organizing dinner for Sikh community and by distributing Rashan on Christmas & Easter. AWT brings together people of different faiths and denominations, promoting dialogue, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence. These gatherings create a platform for building stronger, more inclusive communities, rooted in shared values of compassion and togetherness.
