Allah Walay Trust ‘Scholarship Program’ gives need base financial aid to deserving students pursuing professional degrees like Engineering, MBBS, Agriculture, BDS etc., in public sector universities to cover their academic expenses. The purpose of this initiative is to help and enable such students to complete their degrees without any financial constraint and become useful and productive citizens. Indeed, it will bring qualitative change in the society.
Allah Walay Trust has reserved an amount of 100 million rupees for the year 2024 in Scholarship program.
The scholarship program is currently working in the following institutions:
This program covers the university tuition fee, hostel/mess expenses and transport charges of the selected student. From onward, a monthly stipend of Rs.7000 for day scholar and Rs.4000 for boarder student will also be given. The selection committee is empowered to approve any other expense of the selected student along with already mentioned financial aid.
The deserving and eligible students of the prescribed institutions are supposed to apply on the proforma of AWT along with supporting documents through their relevant office to the respective vice chancellor/principal/registrar/student service office. The relevant office will pre-select the applications based on the criteria then the applications list will be shared to AWT Selection Committee for final interview and selection.

one representative of Punjab Higher Education Commision and one academician are its members.
Prof. Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt is a renowned educationist and social worker, working as Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences at University of Central Punjab Lahore. He remained Head of department of Political Science and Dean of Arts & Social Sciences at GC University, Lahore. He was Secretary Executive Committee and nurtured Endowment Fund Trust at GC University, Lahore. He generated more than 55 crore rupees in this role model Trust in any public sector university. Every year, more than 1000 students are being benefited by this fund. In 2022, Dr. Butt joined AWT as Honorary Director. Apart from fund generation, he also has the responsibility to select deserving students for the financial aid of AWT. So for an amount of Rs. 44,990,900 has been distributed among 732 deserving students of different institutions.
